Each office's data is separated at the database level; no user can reach another office's data.
Two-step verification
Sign-in with a password plus an authenticator-app code for users with sensitive permissions, and an email alert on new devices.
Per-employee permissions
Decide what each employee sees and does, per branch, with discount limits.
A log of every action
Every addition and change is recorded with who made it and when.
Encryption
Connections are always encrypted (HTTPS) and data is encrypted at rest.
Daily backups
A daily database backup that can be restored.
