Do I need to install anything?
No. Miftahly runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, and can be added to the home screen as an app.
Where is my data stored?
On cloud servers outside Oman, with explicit consent from the office and its customers, daily backups and encryption. Details are in the privacy policy.
Can I move my existing data?
Yes. Upload cars and customers from Excel; every row is checked and errors are shown before saving.
Does it support several branches?
Yes, with per-branch permissions for each employee and vehicle transfers between branches.
Does the AI inspection decide damage on its own?
No. It only suggests new damage; staff approve or reject, and nothing is charged to the customer without approval.
Are invoices VAT compliant?
Yes, 5% tax invoices for registered offices and standard invoices for the rest.
What happens after the trial?
Pick the plan for your fleet size and continue with the same data, nothing is lost.
